  • Answer a few preliminary questions about yourself and let us know the best way to get in touch with you.

  • One of our counselors will contact you to learn more about yourself and your goals. After your consultation, your counselor will work with you to book an appointment for you to meet with our fertility doctor.

  • You will meet with your fertility doctor, Dr. Steinberg, to discuss your fertility journey thus far, health history, and goals. From there, Dr. Steinberg will create a customized treatment plan for you.

  • Once you receive your curated plan, your counselor will reach out to discuss your plan, including all financial information. If you decide to proceed with Simple Fertility, your counselor will schedule you to begin treatment, as well as grant you access to your patient portal account. This is where you can schedule appointments, coordinate prescriptions, and chat 24/7 with your care team.
